Deputy Regional Director Efrain Rivera-Vega spoke to about 15 students and representatives from other public and private entities at an orientation meeting sponsored by "Instituto de Relaciones del Trabajo" (Labor Relations Institute) about the Board’s jurisdiction; the procedure for procesing R and C cases; the role of practicum students in the Regional Office; and about the Agency's Coop Program for undergraduate students.
