Society for Human Resource Management - Recent Developments at the National Labor Relations Board

Field Attorney Ami Silverman represented the Region at the monthly luncheon for the Inland Empire Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).  Ms. Silverman spoke to approximately 75 of the Chapter's members  on a variety of topics including including the Board's Notice Posting requirement, recent litigation involving employees’ use of Facebook and other social media as well as employers’ promulgation of social media rules that might run afoul of the NLRB.
