On June 28, 2011, Compliance Officer Miguel Rodriguez conducted a presentation on the NLRB to a group of students enrolled in a course involving legal, ethical and regulatory issues at the Scottsdale Community College. The presentation was based on a general overview of the NLRA, specifically a summary of employees’ Section 7 rights and an overview of unfair labor practices as the intent of the professor was to provide her students a greater awareness of various regulatory agencies and their functions as they relate to labor and employment.
