Regulatory Fairness Forum

On May 4, 2011, Supervisory Attorney Lisa Henderson represented the Agency at a Regulatory Fairness forum for small businesses conducted by Small Business Administration Ombudsman Esther H. Vassar concerning issues of federal regulatory enforcement. Small business owners, representatives of trade associations, and community and business leaders commented about compliance actions and enforcement of regulations by federal agencies and learned more about the impact of federal regulations on small businesses.
