Regional Director Presenting at Labor & Employment Law CLE

On April 17, 2013, Regional Director Marlin Osthus will be speaking at a Minnesota CLE program sponsored by the Labor & Employment Law Section of the MSBA. The Regional Director will be speaking on recent Board decisions regarding what constitutes concerted activity and regional decisions regarding the appropriateness of deferral where union stewards are disciplined/discharged for conduct related to representing employees in the grievance/arbitration process.
