Region 4 Representatives Speak at the 2nd Annual Life Science eDiscovery Conference

Supervisory Attorney Richard P. Heller and Field Attorney Patricia Garber presented an examination of the August 2011 Social Media report that was issued by Acting General Counsel Lafe Solomon.  The session covered potential implications of the report and developments since the report was issued.  Approximately 50 conference participants attended this session.
