Region 31 Hosts Meeting with ABA Policy and Procedures Committee

On November 9, 2012, Region 31 hosted the annual meeting between Regional managers and representatives of the American Bar Association’s Practice & Procedure Committee. Regional Directors Mori Rubin, Olivia Garcia, and Cornele Overstreet presented overviews of their case-handling, litigation, Section 10(j) injunction work, and elections. Regional Attorneys Brian Gee, Bill Pate, and Mike Karlson gave substantive discussions of FY 2012 trials, Board decisions, and ALJ decisions.  ARDs Tom Chang, Bruce Hill, and Nancy Martinez discussed some of the more interesting and significant elections conducted by their Regions.
