Presentation to South Korean National Labor Relations Committee Delegates

On November 21, 2011, Deputy Regional Attorney Brian Gee gave a 90-minute presentation to representatives of the South Korean National Labor Relations Committee.  The presentation covered the interplay between the NLRB and FMCS, how the NLRB operates, and common ULPs by both unions and employers.  The event was arranged by FMCS Commissioner Tina Marie Littleton as part of an ongoing effort to share information between the FMCS and Region 31.
