Presentation at EEOC Training Seminar by Region 28’s Regional Director

On June 22, 2012, Cornele Overstreet, Region 28’s Regional Director, spoke at the EEOC Phoenix Training Institute Seminar regarding common employer mistakes that violate the NLRA, even in unorganized settings, as well as social media policies.  This event was sponsored by the Phoenix District Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's office. The audience was a diverse group, including HR professionals, attorneys, state and local officials, union representatives, and managers and supervisors.
