Chester, other NLRB attorneys, as well as attorneys from both labor and management will engage the audience with an informative discussion on how the new R-Case rules will work. The event will be held in Room 1310 of the William S. Moorhead Federal Building at 1000 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
