Region 6 Field Attorney Clifford E. Spungen spoke to a Labor Law class at Duquesne University Law School. Mr. Spungen presented updates on changes to Representation Case practices, what to look for when preparing for a representation election and demonstrated a mock representation case election. The target audience included approximately 50 students.
