On April 20, 2012, Regional Director Marlin Osthus will be presenting to IBEW Local 949 stewards in Bloomington, MN regarding the Board’s new posting rule, employee Weingarten rights, the duty of fair representation, employer work rules that violate the Act, and changes in membership on the Board and resulting changes in Board law.
