On January 13, 2012 Field Attorney Isis Ramos Melendez spoke to about 40 persons including 25 University of Puerto Rico Seniors about the NLRB and the Act at an activity sponsored by the Institute of Labor Relations (Instituto de Relaciones del Trabajo) at the Rio Piedras Campus.
