Board Agent Stephanie Scaffidi spoke to a group of apprentices for Sheet Metal Workers, Local 9, upon request. The presentation covered an overview of the NLRA, the structure of the NLRB, the ways in which a collective bargaining relationship can be established, and common violations under Section 8(a)(1) and (3).
