On March 6, 2012, Field Examiner Laural Wagner was the guest lecturer for Dr. Brown-Maloney's MBA class, held as a part of a partnership program between Cleveland State University and the Cleveland Clinic. Students in attendance were all employees of the Cleveland Clinic. FX Wagner spoke for just over an hour, informing the students about the Agency, elections, and they types of unfair labor practice and representation cases we process through investigation. The session ended with a lively question and answer period.
