On Tuesday, January 10, 2012, Assistant to the Regional Director Kelly Selvidge and Supervisory Examiner Matt Lomax will present at a dinner hosted by the Labor and Employment Relations Association, Rocky Mountain Chapter at the Double Tree Hotel, 3203 Quebec Street, Denver, CO. The program is entitiled: “The New NLRB Notice-Posting Requirement and Proposed Changes to Election Procedure: Are They Long Overdue—or Are They Unjustified Administrative Activism?” ARD Selvidge and SX Lomax will provide an overview of these NLRB initiatives.
