On September 6, 2011, at the request of the Sheet Metal Workers’ International Association, Field Examiner Stephanie Scaffidi spoke to a Youth to Youth Member Education class at an office of Sheet Metal Workers’ International Association. Topics included an overview of the NLRB, employee rights under the NLRA, and common Section 8(a)(1) and 8(a)(3) violations. Approximately 16 students attended.
