Outreach— Annual Regional Meeting of the ABA Practice and Procedure under the NLRA Committee
Regional Director Dorothy Moore-Duncan, Regional Attorney Daniel Halevy, Assistant to the Regional Director John Breese and Supervising Attorney Richard Wainstein will provide a CLE presentation during the ABA Practice and Procedure meeting. This presentation will occur on Thursday, November 17, 2011 at 4:00 p.m. during the annual regional meeting of the ABA Practice and Procedure under the NLRA Committee. The meeting will be held at Pepper Hamilton LLP, 3000 Two Logan Square, 30thFloor, 18thand Arch Streets, PhiladelphiaPennsylvania19103. The topics of the presentation include the NLRB’s recent Specialty Healthcare decision and the prospect of micro units, the NLRB Notice Posting Rule, which is scheduled to take effect on January 31, 2012, and NLRB deferral policies and remedies.
