On April 18, 2012, Regional Director Marlin Osthus will be presenting to students in the College of Business at North Dakota State University in Fargo. The Regional Director will present an overview of the day-to-day operations of the NLRB and its regional offices with regard to processing unfair labor practice charges and representation petitions. He will also provide information on the Board’s notice posting requirement, recent Board cases involving social media, and the lockout of employees at American Crystal Sugar.
