NLRB Visits the Nogales/Santa Cruz Chamber of Commerce

On December 8, 2011, Deputy Regional Attorney Paul R. Irving gave a presentation to approximately 35 members of the Nogales/Santa Cruz County Chamber of Commerce in Nogales, Arizona, regarding the Board’s Employee Rights Notice posting requirement, as well as an overview of the National Labor Relations Act and Board procedures.
