On January 11, 2012, Deputy Regional Attorney Paul R. Irving gave a presentation to approximately 30 members of the Central Arizona Human Resources Management Association in Casa Grande, Arizona. The topics of the presentation included an outline of the Board’s Employee Rights Notice posting requirement and an overview of the National Labor Relations Act, protected concerted activity, and Board procedures.
