NLRA Presentation to UofA Law Students

On August 19, 2011, Region 28 Field Attorney, Mary Davidson, gave a presentation about the NLRA and the work of the NLRB to University of Arizona Law students. The presentation was part of a panel discussion about workers' rights at the College of Law's Immigration Law Clinic. The students who attended the presentation will be working with clients on employment-related issues during the fall semester at the Law Clinic. Joining Ms. Davidson on the panel were speakers from the Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division and from the Civil Rights Division of the Arizona Attorney General's Office.
