National Labor Relations Board. What it does and the rights it protects

A presentation will be given at the Workplace Project in Hempstead New York concerning the Board, the rights it protects, and how employees, employers and unions can go about utilizing its procedures.  We'll also discuss some recent developments in agency procedures, including the Notice posting rule, which will require all employers to post a notice describing employee rights under the National Labor Relations Act.
