Los Angeles Restaurant and Hotel Employees Trust Fund

On January 13, 2012, Deputy Regional Attorney Brian Gee, Field Examiner Danielle Pierce, and Field Attorney Nicole Pereira met with representatives of the Los Angeles Restaurant and Hotel Employees Trust Fund.  In addition to speaking with Trust Fund representatives about ongoing litigation being handled by the Region, DRA Gee gave a presentation and distributed materials discussing the goals and mission of the Agency, as well as a detailed discussion about how the Region approaches compliance litigation.
