On September 20, 2012, Regional management and professional staff attended the Labor and Employment Conference hosted by the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Labor and Employment Relations Association. Topics included Misclassification of Workers, OSHA and Workplace Safety, and Social Media in Employment. Deputy Regional Attorney Leticia Peña presented at the conference about the NLRB’s Rules for Deferring Charges to the Grievance & Arbitration Procedure.
