International Institute Saint Louis Festival of Nations

On August 25 and August 26, 2012, representatives of the Saint Louis Regional Office participated in this international festival, attended by tens of thousands, maintaining a booth throughout the event.  Representatives spoke with members of the public and distributed materials on the topics of NLRB practice and procedure, particularly Section 7 rights, including protected concerted activities.  In addition, they responded to numerous inquiries from the public regarding unfair labor practice and representation case issues, as well as recent NLRB decisions and initiatives.
