Field Attorney Ron Scott spoke to a class of 15 students at Hudson Valley Community College of Verizon employees who per contract receive one day off a week to matriculate towards an associates degree. This was a labor relations class and was the fourth year he had been asked to return to provide a two hour overview of the statute.
