Supervisory Attorney Lisa Henderson represented the Agency in a panel discussion, “How Social Media Affects Employers,” facilitated by Martin & Miller PLLC’s Atlanta office.  The increasing use of social media in the workplace creates unique and challenging issues for employers.  For an audience of labor and employment lawyers and human resources professionals, Henderson discussed recent trends in NLRB decisions involving this developing media form.
