Regional Attorney Margaret Diaz participated in the Florida Labor Management Conference held in St. Pete Beach, Florida. She gave a presentation on a recent case issued by the Board: New York, New York, 356 NLRB Nol. 119, and spoke about social media issues in NLRB cases. The conference was sponsored by the group known as The Florida Labor Management Conference and was attended by about 100 representatives of both labor and management.
