On October 26, 2011, Field Examiner Kelly Holderman spoke to interns from the above organization who came to the Regional Office and were invited to attend a ballot count from a mail ballot election. They discussed 8(f) and 9(a) issues, right to work legislation and NLRB practice and procedures.
