CLE Presentation to the Local Practice and Procedure Committee of the ABA

On November 19, 2012, Regional Director Dorothy Moore-Duncan, Assistant to the Regional Director John Breese and Supervising Attorney Rick Wainstein provided a continuing legal education presentation.  This presentation focused on the following three areas:  (1) social media rules and discipline for social media activity; (2) the duty to provide information about factual claims, including claims of competitive or financial pressures, during collective bargaining; and (3) the obligation to maintain a “dynamic” status quo, including regular wage increases, after contract expiration.
