American Bar Association Practices & Procedures Regional Meeting

Regions 31 and 21 will once again be participating in the ABA's Practices & Procedures Regional Meeting.  Each year, the Committee's members meet with the Board's Regional Directors and regional staff to discuss questions and issues concerning practice before the NLRB. This year, the topics will include the potential consolidation of the two Southern California Regions,  changes in Regional management, budget concerns, GC Memo's 11-06 and 11-05, procedural issues relating to access and social media cases, and the Board's new employee rights poster.

The meeting will be conducted at Region 31 located at 11150 West Olympic Blvd, Suite 700 Los Angeles, CA.
