On August 5, 2012, Regional Director Marlin Osthus will be a member of a panel discussing the topic: “Where Will the Pendulum Stop on Arbitration? ADR and Arbitration Law Update” at the American Bar Association Annual Meeting in Chicago. The panel discussion will take place from 9:00-10:30 am.
