ABA Labor Section Regional Practices and Procedures Meeting

The ABA Regional Practices and Procedures Meeting is an opportunity for labor practitioners to spend some time with Regional decision makers.  The Regional managers and supervisors for Regions 10 (Atlanta), 12 (Tampa), and 24 (Puerto Rico) were present either in person or by videoconference for the meeting and they gave Regional updates to about 15 attorneys who practice in the southeastern United States.  Recent changes in Board law and procedure were discussed as were any notable cases currently pending in the participating Regions.
