38th Annual NLRB/DOL Fuchs Labor Law Conference

This year's conference theme is "Workers' Rights in the Obama Era" and will feature as speakers Lafe Solomon, Acting General Counsel of the NLRB and Solicitor of Labor Patricia Smith. A panel moderated by Professor Karl Klare of Northeastern University Law School, including Professor Cynthia Estlund of New York University Law School; Judth A. Scott, General Counsel of Service Employees International Union; and Rachel Munoz of Morgan, Brown & Joy, will discuss this year's theme.
