2012 Federal Bar Association Annual Convention, San Diego, CA

Regional Director Olivia Garcia has been invited to speak at the Federal Bar Association's (FBA) Annual Conference in San Diego, CA.  The FBA is the premier bar association serving the federal practitioner and the federal judiciary. Regional Director Garcia, together with the Regional Attorney of the EEOC's Los Angeles District Office and labor and management attorneys, will be discussing "Trends in Labor and Employment Law."  This session will review the hot button issues for 2012 and beyond, covering NLRB and EEOC agency action as well as recent decisions of note involving equal employment opportunity, retaliation, and wage and hour issues.
