The 2011 Labor and Employment Law Institute

On November 17, 2011, is the 38th Annual Labor and Employment Law Institute, which will be held at the Minnesota CLE Conference Center. Among the list of presenters is Acting General Counsel Lafe Solomon, who will be speaking on recent developments in the General Counsel’s office, and will be participating in panel discussions on proposed changes in rules for processing representation petitions and on recent initiatives by the General Counsel’s office.
