If you choose to request information under the Freedom of Information Act by filling out this form and sending it to us, the information will be sent to an electronic mailbox at our agency and the information provided will be printed out in paper form. From that point on, we treat your request the same as if you had sent us a letter requesting information. We use what you sent us to respond to your FOIA request, and may contact you to clarify your request before sending any requested information to you.
As with any letter requesting information under the Act, we may disclose all or portions of the information contained in your electronic request to the parties in any NLRB case to which it relates, or to anyone making a FOIA request that encompasses the form you have submitted. Further, If your request relates to a specific case filed with this agency, we may notify other named parties to that case that a request for information has been made.
