Welcome to the Baltimore Regional Office and Washington Resident Office page. Our office serves employees, employers and unions in the State of Maryland and District of Columbia, as well as in certain counties of Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Delaware (excluding New Castle County). We conduct elections, investigate charges of unfair labor practices, and sometimes hold hearings in our offices. We are happy to answer questions about the rights and obligations afforded under our law. Please feel free to stop by or call us in Baltimore at 410-962-2822, or our resident office in Washington, DC, at 202-208-3000, and ask for the information officer on duty.
We also provide speakers and materials to a variety of organizations, including but not limited to: employee and employer groups; professional associations; local, state and federal agencies; worker advocacy groups; student groups/schools; non-profit entities; elected officials; veterans' groups; community organizations; and other members of the general public. NLRB representatives may be available at no cost to speak at and participate in meetings, conferences and seminars. Request a Speaker.
