We conduct union elections, process representation cases, and investigate and litigate charges of unfair labor practices, serving the boroughs of Manhattan and the Bronx in New York City; and Orange, Putnam, Rockland, and Westchester counties. We will be glad to answer questions you may have about the rights and obligations under the National Labor Relations Act. We also conduct outreach to the larger community and will gladly provide speakers and written materials to interested organizations, including community groups and schools.
